Celebrations of the Year of Science 2009 were informed by an amazing collection of creative and energetic individuals who volunteered to share expertise and guidance for the development of these initiatives.
The Founders:
First, the "founders" whose initial meetings (funded by NSF) gave birth to COPUS: Lee Allison, Roy Caldwell, Tammy Dickinson, Judy Kass, David Lindberg, Mike Mayhew, Chris Mooney, Richard O'Grady, Judy Scotchmoor, Richard Stucky, Kathy Sullivan, Marvalee Wake.
The Steering Committee:
From the group of founders emerged a multidisciplinary steering committee that guided the networks development.
